TheTVDB API Key

  1. Generate a Temporary Email

    Click here to generate a temporary email address. This will only be needed for signing up. Keep this page open.

  2. Create An Account

    Section titled “Create An Account”

    Create Your Account

    1. Click here to open the TheTVDB account sign up page.
    2. Enter a username and password, followed by the temporary email generated from the previous step. Then click Register.

    Verify Your Account

    Return to the temp-mail.org tab, open the message from TheTVDB, and click the verification link.

  3. Create Your API Key

    Section titled “Create Your API Key”
    1. Click here to open the TheTVDB API page.
    2. Click Get Started.
    3. Put in “Stremio Streaming” for the Company or Project Name.
    4. Put in “I want to stream things with TheTVDB metadata.” for the description.
    5. Click Submit

Your TheTVDB account is created and API key generated! To access your API key at any point in the future you can visit https://www.thetvdb.com/dashboard/account/apikey.
